Here is the whole thing.
You are the first face a patient sees: front counter, stock, and over-the-counter advice within your scope. This is where you learn the business from the floor up.
You take on more of the shift: training newer assistants, opening and closing, and the trickier customer conversations. It is the first sign the group is backing you to lead.
You run shifts, not just work them. Rostering input, the first call when something needs a decision, and day-to-day coaching for the team around you.
You own the retail side of a store: the numbers, the roster, the merchandising, and the people. You hire, you develop, and you are accountable for how the floor performs.
Your reach extends past one store. You carry what works at your best store into the others, and you develop the managers running them.
You set retail standards and strategy for the whole group from the support office, working alongside pharmacy leadership to keep every store performing.
